"I had been following Natalie's inspirational Instagram page for over 2 years before I learned that she was a running coach. I was getting back to running after a hiatus and was setting some big goals, like a Fall 2020 half marathon PR and a possible Spring 2021 marathon. We started working together probably just a few weeks before the start of the first major "stay at home order" in NY in early 2020. Stuck at home, running was the only respite and I was desperate for some normalcy. Natalie was wonderful. She sent me my plans every Sunday and we shared a Google docs which was updated weekly.
