One Sentence Weekend!

This weekend was filled with so many fun, wonderful moments!

I also worked hard on my PT exercises! I didn't take pics, so I will show these to you very soon! :)

I am loving Bee Pollen these days and you can find a few of my other smoothie recipes HERE!

Sunday, I woke up to breakfast in bed and these gorgeous flowers!!

We went out for Mother's Day dinner and I loved every bit of my meal - from the beet salad...

to the fresh, crunchy green beans...

and then the amazing, seafood pasta - YUM!!!

We had so much fun laughing (Megan trying on Nana's sunglasses!)...

We toasted each other and motherhood...

We loved the restaurant - great food and excellent service! Go HERE next time you are in Malibu!

Three weeks since my knee surgery and everything is good! I am so ready to start running again, but I know I have to be patient!  I have a ways to go - three more weeks in this brace and zero pressure on the knee and then six more weeks in another brace before I can start running again. I am icing many times a day as there is still a lot of swelling in the knee. When I do the PT exercises, I am able to incorporate sit ups into the routine and I started lifting weights for my upper body. Slowly, but surely getting there!

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and cheers to a great week!
